Our name says it all. “Olla” means cooking pot - a symbol of tradition, nourishment, and bringing people together. We chose this name because we strive to be the melting pot of Greater Cincinnati: a welcoming space where all cultures, backgrounds, and communities connect through food.
As a true scratch kitchen, we honor family recipes and the vibrant flavors of the street vendors of Puebla, Mexico. Every dish is made with intention, preserving authentic traditions while sharing the bold, soulful taste of regional Mexican cuisine. We also serve several unique SoCal dishes for our west coast amigos.
